Return & Exchange Policy

Mission Machines, Inc. has a 10 day return or exchange policy for all complete, undamaged and unopened products except for labor, installation or delivery/shipping charges.  When returning a product by mail or freight the cost to ship the product will not be refunded.  Shipping/freight is not refunded.

If a product is returned opened then a restocking fee may be applied.  The fee can be up to 40% of the purchase price of the product.

Mission Machines, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

Method of Refund

To return a product request an RMA by emailing support@missionmachines.com.  Please include the serial number of the product, a brief description for the return, and a copy of the order or an order number.

Upon approval Mission Machines, Inc. will respond with an RMA number and shipping address.  Please attach the RMA number and a copy of the invoice to the shipment.

Once the returned item is received and verified Mission Machines, Inc. will issue a refund either directly to the method used to pay for the product or by check.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect the standard warranty will apply.  In general, products that are damaged in transport or arrive DOA will be replaced at no cost to you.  Please see the standard warranty for details.
